Legible front and back copy.

Mortgage Statement, must be legible showing the homeowner's address, Name, Balance, and Mortgage Payment, Interest Rates.

Property Tax bill must show roll#, name, address, total annual taxes.

Your phone bill showing your name, telephone and address.

The Insurance Policy must be valid (non-expired) and should cover the period with the applicant’s mortgage will subsist.
